By creating an account or using Newsdrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Newsdrop.

Description of Service

Newsdrop provides:

• A dedicated email address for receiving newsletters
• AI-powered digest summaries of newsletter content
• Organization and management tools for newsletters
• Optional Gmail integration to import historical newsletters

Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Newsdrop
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Newsdrop for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Newsdrop or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access Newsdrop without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use Newsdrop to send spam or unsolicited messages

Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you provide to Newsdrop
• You grant Newsdrop a license to use, process, and store your content to provide the service
• Newsdrop's software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Newsdrop's proprietary materials without permission

AI-Generated Content

• Digests and summaries are generated using AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Newsdrop does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• You should verify important information from original newsletter sources
• Newsdrop is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries

Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to existing customers

Service Availability

• Newsdrop is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to Newsdrop will cease
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following account deletion

Limitation of Liability

• Newsdrop is provided without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim
• We are not responsible for content in newsletters you receive through Newsdrop

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Newsdrop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of Newsdrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Newsdrop operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
